I have so much to share.  So much to edit and still alot more to shoot, but oh sooooo much loveliness to share. It’s all coming!
The first half of the year has already been better than anything I could have envisioned with all kinds of weddings in all kinds of places.

I’m just back from a fantastic trip back to Malta. This time I got to shoot a wedding – yayee –  and then spend the rest of the trip on holiday with my family. We spent our time there like little water babies in the pool, drifting and dreaming in the sun for a while. It was a much needed rest. Now I’m back to a long ‘to do’ list and two kids on school break. Pass me the Kalms! Hence the reason why I find myself working late nights again. Feel free to send me ideas on how to entertain them for the next two months! Lets just say, I’m well stocked up on Loom Bands right now.
As always I’m thankful for my patient clients who know their photos are being lovingly edited in the wee small hours. And I’m thankful also that I get to spend my evenings looking at joyous moments, and lasting memories. It’s a good feeling knowing you’re are creating something that’s forever, and telling stories that mean so much.

The blog has been a bit neglected of late so now is a good time to share some inspirational wedding loveliness. This was one we shot earlier in the year for Confetti Magazine with gorgeous real life couple, Teo and James, and a whole bunch of talented, hard-working wedding creatives.  Honestly, there was so much to love on this one. Incredible styling as always from Alise Taggart, teaming up with Floral Earth who filled The Millhouse with an abundance of flowers and foliage. The Dessert Table was a work of art in itself . Pies, fruits, cheeses, berries, and  a stunning cake decorated in succulents from Cat at The Cake Cuppery. Seeing the industrialised setting of  this old Mill with it’s exposed brick and beams teamed with bohemian dresses and a colour palette of soft blues and greens was just an absolute treat for the eyes. Hope this makes up for my absence.
Enjoy!
