“I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where.
I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride;
so I love you because I know no other way than this:
where I does not exist, nor you, so close that your hand on my chest is my hand, so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep.”
Sonnet XVII, Pablo Neruda

I don’t get a chance to blog a wedding that often these days (it takes me an age!), but when I do, I like to make up for it in length.  Kelly and Chris flew from New York to Ireland to get married in the idyllic surroundings of Darver Castle. They were joined by all their family and friends from both Ireland and America. It was a beautiful, sunny day and Kelly and Chris had the good sense to rent a classic car so we could take a drive to the Rapeseed fields behind the castle. I love how the shine together in the glorious yellow flowers. And it’s always a joy to get back to this place for that big friendly Darver welcome. It’s like coming home.
