I noticed today that the Wedding Journal’s winter issue is on the shelves, (whilst I was out doing my Halloween shopping!). I’m sharing some images here from the shoot. Some of them are featured in the magazine and others I just feel are too nice to just be left on my harddrive neglected.
This was a dream, a DREAM to shoot. Malta is truly beautiful and the Westin Dragonara a stunning location. Pink skies, deep blue ocean, sandstone walls and ancient Olive tree gardens. What’s not to love? We got up early to avoid some of the midday heat and strong sun but it was still extremely hot weather. I’ll take hot weather over rain any day though! These light airy dresses are perfect for the temperatures if you’re thinking of going away to get married. Plus they didn’t crumple on the journey. My favourite was the Elizabeth Filmore dress with that stunning back feature (sixth down).
I love working with the WJ team as every time they pull out the most incredible bridal gowns and the styling is perfect. And they got all this over to Malta in a suitcase! You can find out more about the dresses by grabbing your copy of the Wedding Journal.
