Model Release

I hereby grant Paula O'Hara and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family and/or child/ren, or in which myself and/or in which myself, family or child/ren will be included for the purpose of advertising, display, portfolio, website, and publication to promote Paula O'Hara Photography as well as for editorial work, trade, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Paula O'Hara and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
