Taylor-Marie

Last Saturday I took some pictures of Taylor-Marie and her family on her First Holy Communion day. We went to Dungannon Park and the blossom was everywhere. She looked absolutely lovely and I hope she really enjoyed her day. Here are some pictures of her and the other very cute family members!

Such a happy wee man in among all the girls!

Jack

Little Jack runs and runs. He never stops and he never looks back. I found this out the hard way on Sunday evening when I tried to keep up with him for an hour! We were actually meant to do our session on Saturday but Jack had a bump to his lip (probably whilst going at top speed!) so we had to reschedule. I’m so glad we did because it turned out to be a lovely hazy evening.

Being a typical wee boy, he loved playing with the ball, finding planes in the sky, igglepiggle, chasing dogs, humpty dumpty rides, giggling and lots of rough and tumble. And I love his little curly head :) Here some of my favourite photos from our session.

Morning Tea

Just a quick photo from breakfast this morning. There is nothing like a giant mug of tea to start the day and Niamh loves hers. Then off to the garden to fight witches and wolves with a pair  of fairy wings and a wand. A beautiful day to be spent in the garden.

Hope you all enjoy Sunday.x

Thankful

I’ve spent all of today under a furry blanket on the couch with the family watching movies. I’m exactly where I want to be. This is perfect contentment.

Niamh fell asleep beside me. I love watching my children sleep. Studying every tiny piece. My heart just fills up. Of course I couldn’t resist taking this image of a favourite detail. Soft, dark, curling lashes and honeybee hair. I’m sure all parents believe that their sleeping child is the most beautiful creation ever!

These are the simple things that make us hard-working Mums so very thankful for having the most rewarding job in the world.

Happy Mother’s Day.x

Chelsey and Lee

I spent last Saturday afternoon with Chelsey and Lee. Beautiful children on a beautiful day. We jumped on the trampoline, played hide and seek in the treehouse, kicked the ball around, blew bubbles, went for a walk down by the lake, fed the ducks…  phew!

Everyone should spend some time with kids at this age. You rediscover all the best ways to have fun :) I get a little hyper too and I’m sure parents think I’m not wise sometimes.
